How long do I have access to the course?

Not at all. In fact, beginning with this course ensures that you approach your training correctly right from the start. It covers everything you need to know to both build AND maintain your hard earned booty. All the information is broken down and explained in the simplest of terms, so as to be easily understood - regardless of your experience.
How long does the course take to complete? Do I have to finish it within any particular time frame?
This will be different for everyone. It's possible to read through the course material within a few days - given you have sufficient time to spare of course. However, with all of the information provided, I suggest that you take your time to more fully grasp and apply the content. There is no deadline for this course, so you can learn at your own pace.
When do I receive my certificate?
You will receive your Certificate of Completion (via email) within a few days of having completed the course.
How soon can I expect to see results?
Although this can vary from person to person, 90% of my clients and students report noticeable changes around the 3 week mark, having implemented what they've learn't from this course into their routine.
Do I need a gym or can it be done at home? Is there any equipment I should have?
It can be done anywhere you'd like. No equipment is required initially, but over time you will need to add additional weight to challenge the muscles in order for them to continue to grow. Purchasing resistance bands or dumbbells is a great option at that point.
